What is the “Psychology of Spending?”

The Psychology of Spending is a self-discovery of how your thoughts and behaviors impact your money and your life. By revealing your psychology with an emphasis on your emotions and personality (personal reality), you will gain insight and transformation of your own actions, as well as self compassion and a better understanding of others.

The Psychology of Spending helps you to uncover your limiting beliefs and “money triggers”, revealing the root of money blocks connected to your early childhood experiences. With an understanding of what shapes your “money identity” (where you come from, how that affects who you are, your money scripts, and your life), you can rewrite your money story and money scripts as well as that of your (future) children. Each of us have a unique money blueprint which leads to a scarcity or abundance mindset determined by a fixed or growth mindset. Through awareness and “doing the work”, you have the ability to rewrite your subconscious programming and conditioning which will help you to get unstuck and break free from the money mindset that is no longer serving you. By becoming your highest and best self, the “true you” will then move forward on your journey to increased financial and holistic wellness.
